Architectural Documentation
We provide a wide range of solutions for your specific Architectural drafting needs. We can help by undertaking your entire project from concept to completion with all work being undertaken with pride and enthusiasm.
All work produced by our office complies with the relevant Australian Codes and the specific development criteria of the project relevant council.

Concrete Panel Detailing
Perth Cadcentre have been involved in the preparation of shop detail drawings of Concrete Tilt Panels and Precast Concrete Panels for the past 20 years and are well recognised within the industry as a leader in this field.
Using our own proprietary software ‘Qikpanel’ each panel is individually detailed clearly showing all cast in items such as grout tubes, inserts, plates and feature grooves or rebates. The area, volume, weight and centre of gravity are also automatically added to the drawing. Separate reinforcing drawings are also provided for each panel type together with an overall panel setout plan.
We also arrange for the lifting and propping designs to be certified by your equipment supplier, these are then clearly shown of the detail drawing.Emergency Evacuation Plans
Perth Cadcentre produces emergency evacuation plans to Australian standards and tailored to the clients’ specific emergency procedure.
We provide a full service, from initial consultation, to the professionally framed final product.
